Welcome to our Web site!

We are so very happy for you to visit us here at our new site. The EQUUS 4H Club is located in McLean County, Shirley, Illinois. All the members meet once at the Covell Town Hall on the first Monday of each month at 6pm, unless of course it falls on a holiday then it moves to the following Monday. We are mostly a horse based club, but we also have many members who do not have horses, and you do not have to own a horse to be in our club. Our club does have a 3 day open horse show each year, which is usually held the first or second weekend in June. One day for games another is solely focused on "English" and the third day is dedicated to "Western". Additional information can be found on the link pages.

We are already in the process of planning for the 2010 year and our 20th annual Horse Show the third weekend in June. Thus far we have already elected all the new officers, and of course finalizing the schedule for our Equus 4-H horse show June 18th, 19th and 20th 2010 in Delavan Illinois at Rawlings Arena just off of I-155 South, Exit 15..
